Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If you have ordered the wrong size, we may offer store credit equal to the purchase price of the item once the returned item has been received and inspected. Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with size-related returns.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion and cover any reasonable return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Items returned without prior approval
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Size-Related Returns
If you have ordered the incorrect size, you may be eligible for store credit provided that:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Original tags remain attached.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will not be provided for incorrect sizing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, you may return your eligible item for store credit and place a new order using that credit.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
